This year Spring showers bring with them a chance to WIN an outdoor shower enclosure from our friends over at Sprinkle Home Improvement.  Enjoy the generations old Cape Cod Summer tradition of rinsing off after the beach with a  beautiful new enclosure for your outdoor shower, installed by Sprinkle Home Improvement, one of the area's oldest and most experienced general contracting firms.  

1. All Cape Cod Broadcasting & CapeCod.com (herein listed as “Company”) contests are open to any resident of the listening area and/or those who have web access (for web site based contests).
2. Access to the web is free and available to the public at no charge at most public libraries.
3. All contestants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any contest conducted by “Company”.
4. Certain contests may require that you be 21 or older. Employees of “Company”, affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/ participating promotional partners, other radio stations in the Cape Cod/Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or to receive any prize awarded herein.
5. Listeners are eligible to win a single contest conducted by “Company” only once every thirty days or ninety days – dependant upon prize value
6. Only one winner per family and/or household is permitted in any contest.
7. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $50.00 or less every thirty days
8. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $51.00 or more every ninety days
9. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every One hundred and eighty days.
10. This means you can only win one prize from any of the “Company” companies once every thirty or ninety days, or six months depending on prize value as stated above.
11. You will not be eligible to win again from ANY of the “Company” companies until the thirty day /ninety day/six month period has passed. 
    Additional prizes won during the 30-day/90-day/180 day period will not be awarded.
12. “Company” reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event any prize awarded becomes unavailable. 
    Prizes not claimed within 30 days are automatically forfeit.
13. If arrangements have been made to claim a prize past the 30 day period, proof of arrangement must be in written form from prize winner prior to the 30 day cut off period.
14. Prizes involving concerts, entertainment, sporting events or seasonal establishments are subject to cancellation and no alternative prize shall be awarded.
15. All winners obtaining prizes over $600.00 or ANY CASH PRIZE MUST supply “Company” with a completed W-9 form before prize will be awarded.
16. Once receipt of prize has taken place and this signed agreement has been submitted prize can not be returned “Company” for any reason.
17. “Company” reserves the right to not ship prizes to ineligible persons without notice.
18. “Company” shall not be held responsible for delays or mis-delivery of mail, e-mail or phone calls.
19. All winners must complete a “Company” prize form providing “Company” with winners’ full name, home address & phone number.
20. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the offices of “Company” at 737 West Main Street, Hyannis MA. 02601 between the hours of 9am & 5pm Monday–Friday ONLY. Prizes may not be mailed and are not transferable.
21. Prizes may not be substituted for cash.
22. By participating in any “Company” contest, the winner or winners agree to have their likeness, voice, and name used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
23. Further, names and likenesses of Winner may be used by “Company” and its designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to or by “Company “to the Promotional Winner.
24. Winners guarantee that they are eligible to win prize awarded and agree to forfeit any prize for which they are ineligible.
25. Winners must comply with all contest rules as published by “Company” or as aired on “Company” stations or posted on Capecod.com.
26. “Company” reserves the right to revise, withdraw, extend or otherwise modify contest without prior notification if necessary.
27. In the event of ties or other disputes, the decision of “Company” management shall be final and no duplicate prizes shall be awarded.
28. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by “Company”. 
    Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold “Company”, its corporate licensee, parent corporation Cape Cod Broadcasting, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.
29. “Company”” reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement.
30. Contest is void where prohibited.
31. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
32. Copies of the written contest rules are posted at and are available for viewing during regular business hours at the offices of “Company”” located at 737 W. Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601
33.
